Strengths of the Department:

Having adequate full-time ELF trained teaching faculty.

Fully qualified staff with 3 Ph.Ds, 3 M.Phils and 4 NET/SET all together.

Departmental library equipped with nearly 1400 books on language and literature, used for reference and to issue to the students.

Having a certified ELF Master Trainer in the department.

Having one book publisher in the department.

Motivated atmosphere for undertaking research, with one of the faculty members functioning as Research Supervisor and Thesis Adjudicator.

One of the faculty members acting as JKC coordinator to facilitate employability training to the students through JKC platform and placements through Career Guidance Cell.

Running PG classes with our faculty members.
